Unless stated otherwise, rights in the Zoowai brand, site text, layouts, images, video, 3D models, graphics, software and original materials belong to the operator or the relevant licensor.

Access to the site does not grant permission to copy, sell, publicly distribute, remove rights notices, reverse exploit or create a confusing brand.

Permitted use

Customers may reasonably access content to understand, buy and use products and may retain order or policy records. Commercial copying, bulk extraction or republication beyond what law permits requires prior written permission.

Third-party rights

Third-party trademarks, product names, platform names and materials remain the property of their owners. A reference does not imply sponsorship, authorisation or partnership unless the page makes a clear and verifiable statement.

Customer materials

Customers retain existing rights in their after-sales explanation and evidence and confirm that they may submit it for order handling. They grant only the limited permission needed for verification, support, dispute, security and legal obligations.

Do not submit unlawful, malicious or infringing material. Private evidence is not made public merely because it relates to an infringement notice.

Sending a rights notice

If you believe site content infringes a right, email support@zoowai.com with verifiable contact details, proof of the right, the exact URL or product, an explanation of the disputed content and a good-faith statement.

We may request missing information and may verify the complainant’s identity and authority to reduce abuse.

Review and response

Based on the material, applicable law and risk, we may retain, restrict, remove, request information or contact relevant parties. Where a response or counter-notice is legally available, we provide a reasonable channel.

A false, misleading or malicious notice may create liability. This process does not replace remedies available from a court, platform or regulator.
